Cherokee Pie Class: The first pie
My 2011 New Year's Resolution was to either make or eat at least one homemade pie a month, and I've been making most of them. This month I decided to eat a pie, rather than make it. The best pie is pie made by pie virgins. Yes, I had two friends that had never made a pie. Tragic, I know. I was there to help them find their way to the best pie they've eaten; their own. It means so much more when you are the one that has made it.
They did a terrific job, as you can see.
