The Classic Apple Pie
I just had lunch today with a friend, and we were talking about Pi Day coming up on March 14. I talked him into baking a Pie, and he is a 'classic' man. Yes, he does an apple pie and Derby pie. Nothing flashy, just a classic pie for a classic man.
Here pictured is the first pie I made, the classic apple. Showing off my classic lattice work. Pictured with my 'daily bourbon,' Buffalo Trace.
